Help make the Annual Burn the Bird Thanksgiving Day Run a success! This event is a fantastic opportunity to combine community spirit with fitness, offering participants a 5K run/walk or a 10K run before the Thanksgiving feast. As a volunteer, you'll be supporting a good cause as proceeds go to the LIVESTRONG program at the Y. This program helps local cancer survivors find community and improve their health.

Join the elf squad as we help get ready to spread joy for more than 1,600 children this Christmas! You'll be an elf in Santa's workshop, sorting and filling wish lists for kids in need. This includes checking off gifts as they come in, helping to fill gifts that need a little extra, organizing gifts as they are ready to be picked up at Gift Pick-up Days, and helping to distribute gifts to families as they come to pick up their gifts on our Gift Pick-up Days! While our minimum volunteer age requirement to volunteer alone is 16 years of age, children ages 7-15 are welcome to volunteer alongside a parent or guardian. Parents and Guardians, please register and email abrown@ymcanorthernsky.org if your children will be volunteering with you! Thank you!
